Cons

- The management on the upper end is pretty questionable, they make some pretty baffling decisions, and their handling of their employer teams can be incredibly spotty for a corporate company. - They have policies that change within their assigned branches too frequently with no warning, and try to leverage any issues an employee has with this as just not being fast adapting, despite this company creating a unstable work environment regularly. - Toxic work culture, toxic mindset, and the employer breeds very unhealthy employee mentality and mindsets. -Employee health is not in any way prioritized, in fact, there isn't even a EAP program, when this company needs one. -Uses a HRA for it's health benefits, and it's not very good starting in the current economy. -They don't pay well either. -Management can be intrusive. -Employees do not have staff advocates or staff advocacy in a working field where that is important, be advised, if you have an issue or need assistance it's going to depend on the supervisor your receive. -Equipment sent to you is faulty or has numerous safety hazards. -Some branches will have work artificially generated during a slow period. -Understaffed in some branches, at the time of this writing.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Since you mention having an HRA, you must have worked in the call center. Given that many call center positions are seasonal due to fluctuating call volumes throughout the year, we wanted to ensure that call center staff have health assistance during their time with us. We've also found through market surveys that our pay is, in fact, quite competitive for the field. As far as both the staff advocacy and equipment you felt had safety hazards, we do have an open door policy and I hope you took the time to address your concerns during your time with us. We do wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

You get to work from home.

Cons

The management across various departments is often unprofessional, with leadership showing a lack of direction. Employees face frequent changes and an overwhelming amount of information daily. Respect is lacking in the workplace. Given the poor working conditions and limited benefits, I would not recommend working here.
