1yThank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Just to address your con, open enrollment requires a temporary workforce to meet peak demand. Once the enrollment period ends, staffing adjustments occur, which is a standard practice across many industries. It's a downside of seasonal work, but we do appreciate everything you did to help consumers during open enrollment and hope to see you back next year!
