Pros

Provided great training with different levels and tests to make sure all reps had the knowledge to provide service to customers calling in.

Cons

Teams change pretty quickly which may be good or bad, but doesn't give you the opportunity to get to know your team to be able to work more efficiently.

Pros

Remote work, bonuses, nice coworkers and supervisors. I'm mostly giving this 3 stats due to the fact that I was able to work from my bedroom!

Cons

You can barely accrue PTO and this position is seasonal even if you were told otherwise. They do give you notice before the layoff though at least. I don't believe they pay you enough for the work that you put in. You're constantly given new responsibilities with no additional pay to reflect it. Not the worst job ever, but definitely not the best.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Since the Open Enrollment period is limited, our business naturally follows a seasonal cycle. To meet the higher call center demands during the fall and winter, we rely on a seasonal workforce. Unfortunately, this also means there’s a ramp-down period after enrollment ends. This seasonal nature is common in industries requiring customer service during peak periods. We aim to be transparent with our seasonal agents, ensuring they understand from the initial interview that their roles are contract-based and conclude after Open Enrollment. That said, we do offer industry-competitive compensation for our seasonal agents, which includes a strong base hourly rate plus commissions. Additionally, high-performing agents are considered for permanent roles depending on company needs. We are incredibly grateful for the hard work and dedication of all our team members, seasonal and permanent alike, in helping consumers navigate their health care options. For those transitioning from GetInsured, we thank you for your contributions and wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
