Pros

Work from home and equipment is provided pretty quickly - friendly managers and staff at least from my short experience

Cons

- role is seasonal but while working that seasonal role they are not transparent about that - you will be hired around open enrollment and the calls are rapid - Training is incredibly limited being only 2 weeks and I definitely was not prepared for the volume of calls -biweekly pay & hours not being transparent

Pros

You have the luxury of Working from home

Cons

If you’re not a robot you wont fit in here, it’s like everyone is brainwashed. One 30min lunch break and two 15 min breaks is insane. You’re chained to a computer all day the least they can offer is a 1 hour lunch break. The job itself was fine.. its the robotic work culture, getting bad scores for not saying “I’ll be happy to assist you with that”.. even though you just sat on the phone with a consumer for 2 hours helping them and they express how helpful you were.. because you didn’t say that one phrase you need a coaching.. it’s controlling and sick. Your employees are no robot they are real people and should be aloud to speak you people in a professional, friendly manner with needing to use a script word for word.. I feel so bad for people stuck at this job because I know their mental is not well.

Pros

Work from home is nice, equipment provided is good.

Cons

I hope this review helps someone make an informed choice about getting involved with this company. The pay is very low for what they expect from you every moment of the day. The work itself isn’t bad — helping customers can be enjoyable — but you can clearly sense cliques, drama, and a very controlling environment in the background. The training was inadequate and confusing, and once you start the actual job, you’ll receive “coachings” and write-ups for things you may have only done once — sometimes things you didn’t even know were an issue. It’s that dog-eat-dog management style where the supervisor is never wrong and seems focused on clawing their way to the next level with as little effort as possible. They hire hundreds of people and claim there are many opportunities because the company is “growing,” but in reality this is a seasonal job. If you understand that from the beginning, it’s fine. But if you’re expecting long-term growth with real support, you will be jumping through hoops. They want you to succeed during the busy season because the company depends on it, yet at the same time they’re not always willing to help. You can be fully focused on helping customers and doing your best, but if you miss one small task, they will punish you in a way that feels onesided and discouraging. For the amount of work required, the pay is low, and the lack of honesty from management is concerning. To them, you’re just a warm body for the busy season — nothing more. I don’t believe this will improve, especially in the current economic climate. Everyone is hustling, hoping to be chosen to move forward, but advancement isn’t based on talent — it’s based on how much you’re willing to contort yourself and be controlled. I already have a strong sense I'll be let go of but if management can't be honest with me, at least I can be honest with myself. I’m glad I had the experience for my résumé, but apart from that, future employees should be aware.
