The environment is perfect for someone looking to do great things. Management isn't overbearing and inspires each person to make a difference. Benefits are Excellent as well.

Cons

I've found no cons in my time with GetInsured. It's a positive place where any employee can innovate and make a difference in other peoples lives.

Run! Ghetto totally incompetent management

Can't think of anything worth mentioning.

Cons

The training is horrible! The management and trainer are completely incompetent and ghetto. Have no clue about what they are selling or how to sell it and give incorrect information, have people on the phone giving medicare customers bad information, have people there acting completely unprofessional both on the phone and with coworkers.
