Let’s start at the beginning. We’re glad to hear that you feel you’re being well-compensated. That’s a big positive unto itself. For the most part, managers at GetInsured do not believe in micromanaging. Employees at the company are trusted to get their work done on time and with a certain level of quality. We think that says a lot about the capable people we hire — that they don’t need to be watched over.
Turnover is natural in our industry — especially now. With the new administration in power and the recent floundering of the American Health Care Act, there are a lot of open questions as to what the future holds in regards to health insurance in this country. However, most of the team at GetInsured view this as a tremendous opportunity to be at the forefront of this evolving market and continue to help individuals, companies, states and insurers navigate the new waters. We are constantly thinking of new ways to respond to the market and innovating enrollment platforms — and we think that’s pretty exciting.
As a company, we’ve also made significant investments to keep GetInsured competitive on a benefits level. Ranging from the small perks like free lunch, snacks, and beverages, to the larger benefits such as medical and dental coverage, 401k matching and education reimbursements. We believe in making investments in people and work hard to keep the company’s talent happy.
