We’re happy to hear that you appreciated our benefits package. Our HR team works hard to provide a host of benefits to employees that go beyond medical coverage. As far as “the ship is sinking” comment, we certainly are going through some interesting times in the health insurance industry under the new administration. As a company, we are eager to see where the new healthcare laws take us, how they impact our clients and customers, but most importantly, how we can best be of service to everyone going forward. Our technology powers systems that have helped millions of people get enrolled in health insurance. And while we don’t know exactly what enrollment will look like in the future, we know that we will be a market leader. Our team is constantly thinking of innovative ways to address market changes and project the ways in which new laws may affect our business. So we actually have quite an opposite view from you — this is a very exciting time to be in the industry and part of GetInsured.

Pros

Getting insurance licensed in several states. This has the potential to be a good job if there were better management. Met some wonderful people on my team.

Cons

Training was almost non-existent. There was very little that ended up being positive about this position. I don't feel that there was an emphasis on honesty or integrity in management. Very hard to get information when needed from management.
