      The Engineering Team are great people to work with.

      Cons

      No respect from Upper Managers because there is no HR that can set up social rules. More work with no career opportunities.

      Pros

      This place is right for you, If you are willing to: - Forget that you have a family life - Work in an overcrowded place (like a fishmarket) - Participate in politics. Everyone senior has a favorite placed here.

      Cons

      - They try to stretch you really thin. It doesn't matter what you accomplish in a day, if you are not willing to stay till 8:30 - 9 PM in the night. - The place is really overcrowded. - Lot of politics. You can survive only if you are good at it. Work culture is really bad.
