      Pros

      The Indian Culture and the Indian engineers were amazing to work with, they were polite and interacted very well.

      Cons

      There is no strategy in Management and the are not orgnized, they make sure they make you work as hard as possible with no rewards or recognition, there is no motivation or appreciation for the hardwork you put in

      Love the people here. Its a close knit team. Can't wait to move to our new office

      So my training class of FOUR begins on 012714...I told HR that I was turning down another position for this and was told they were "growing" rapidly. Another member of my training class left his job to join . After TWO training all FOUR of us were let go because they felt our production wouldn't be up to par...At that time we had literally not taken even one call..........We all lose our healthcare , I lose the job I turned down , other fellow who came from another job loses his healthcare..................TWO WEEKS of training
