Pros

The management team is very supportive. The working environment is very cooperative (product, dev, qa). We have catered food twice a week, and the pantry & refrigerator is stocked with lots of very healthy food - fresh fruits, nuts, bars, juice. We will be moving to a brand new place in April.

Cons

The seating is very cramped (result of rapid growth), but a brand new large facility is being built.

Pros

Have never worked with a team that's as across-the-board smart. Creativity and innovation are highly valued. We have many success stories and good momentum moving forward. Also there's a true commitment to customers.

Cons

This is not "just a job" -- maybe this is a pro, not a con? But commitment levels are high, expectations are high. We're all working pretty hard, all the time. Also the constant innovation requires flexibility and adaptability -- not everyone will be comfortable in this environment.
