      Pros

      At Getinge, you're able to work on interesting projects and collaborate cross-functionally. It's a global and matrix style infrastructure providing more breadth and depth in one's development. They offer a competitive benefits program with really good wellness initiatives and other employee perks.

      Cons

      There have been changes in the organization, but have stabilized and there's a focus on talent development.

      Lots to learn and people to learn from. Global presence.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring, indecisive management, plenty of poor leaders promoted as good leaders are set aside it jump ship.
