      Pros

      Was once a great place to work, people are great! Staff in the field and customer service really try to do their best for the customers.

      Cons

      Since the merger the Getinge Infection Control was taken over by the Maquet side of the business which is proving to be a huge mistake. Most of the senior management from IC is gone or leaving. Field staff in sales and service are now left dealing with people that have no clue what they are doing, leading to years of experience walking out the door. Customer and staff happiness mean nothing anymore and senior management could really care less!

      Pros

      Most of the people you work with in the US have been there many years. Surviving multiple iterations of the company prove most are adaptable and like what they do.

      Cons

      Overseas management is not aligned with US. The decision makers are out of touch with what is needed. Overall, morale is low.
