      Pros

      Culture is good as many companies are acquired.

      Cons

      Benefits have changed since merging with parent company. Not sure why they aren't changing to something more similar to the parent company which employees take week long or month long vacations multiple times a year. We lost our unlimited sick time. Most of our work is heading overseas.

      Change seems constant, communication from the top down is limited, talk about openness and transparency but that is not the reality

      The organization has seen tremendous growth over the years and has a broad portfolio of products that have a positive impact on patient lives.

      Cons

      Too much leadership change at multiple levels in the organization including CEO, CFO, VP HR, Presidents of various businesses...too many to count.
