      great people, close "family" environment for employees, technology forward company

      Cons

      Regular organizational changes that leave employees with feelings of instability, long hours, positions are not back filled when employees leave dumping workload on already taxed staff.

      The pay is good. They also have an excellent retirement plan. Total Autonomy... It's great!

      Cons

      Parts availability is getting rough. Upper managemant does not want the service division to carry parts. This discredits the field service reps and upsets our important customers.
