      Pros

      Place used to be great. Best job I ever HAD. That’s about it.

      Cons

      Slowly has transitioned to the worst job. I hate going in in the mornings. Feet on the ground bring in the revenue. Until management understands that, business will continue to suffer. Poor business decisions have ruined this business.

      Pros

      Decent pay, fantastic products, enjoyable co-workers. Site is small enough that you can get involved in projects that are way above your pay grade.

      Cons

      Every company is on a culture bandwagon right now. Getinge is no exception. Except, the managers so not need to adhere to a culture. Several people have received additional promotions after having been accused of discrimination and creating a toxic workplace. There is an in-crowd at the site that has no issues with mocking corporate and blocking promotions. There are plenty of medical device companies that actually care about their employees. This is not one of them.
