      Pros

      Good pay for top performers. Some amazing field level people who are dedicated to the patient and the customer. Nice products that work well.

      Cons

      Management by intimidation. Directors slamming employee phones down at national sales meeting.... Senior leadership has lost sight of the customer. Price increases is not a long term strategy with old technology.

      Pros

      Some good people trying to sell good products, but mismanagement continues.

      Cons

      Company is saddled by bad business decisions and careless behavior which it will not be able to overcome. Sadly, the company over-corrected for these issues and now has a compliance officer who only wants to do investigations and cut revenues, a ceo who wants to party with customers instead of run the business and a cfo who could not cut it elsewhere and is exercising his lousy decision-making skills here. Don't bother working here unless you are Swedish by birth. Global talent is running out the door. Last executive ran away only two months after joining.
