      Pros

      -Agree with other recent posts. Very Social company to work for. Nice monthly onsite events during work hours if you are able to enjoy without your boss staring you down. After hours social events are fun as well.

      Cons

      -Favoritism is very prevalent and in the Sales department it can make or break your success there. -Agree with other posts too many managers and unnecessary unproductive meetings eat up your entire day sometimes. -Downside of being such a social office is the constant gossiping you hear. -Ineffective management techniques and sales coaching.

      decent pay, great benefits if you take advantage, great people overall (socially)

      Cons

      meetings after meetings with seemingly no progress forward very unnecessarily top-heavy (management) unrealistic goals set for commission based employees (purposefully)
