Pros

Sociable culture with lots of HR-sponsored events, lots of smart people, good benefits, charity matching program up to $1000 per employee per year, plenty of opportunities for both horizontal and vertical movement, promote from within rather than hiring outside management, good work-life balance, decent compensation

Cons

Endless reorgs are disruptive, have embraced extreme programming practices to an unhealthy degree, developers spend a lot of time on things other than writing code that implements the requirements
