As a company, we are always working towards making Getty Images the best place you'll ever work and that includes an inclusive work environment. Although it's a team effort, our Culture & Development team spearheads initiatives to ensure Getty Images is inclusive and diverse. We have an internal Diversity & Inclusion page, which dives deeper into each initiative we support. For example, we celebrate Cultural Days of Recognition; have monthly D&I calls that focus on various topics relevant to inclusive work; employees host Employee Resource Group meetings, which connect employees who are members of various minority groups, and bring awareness and learnings to those who aren't. We also have an All-Company Commitment to foster a diverse employee base and a culture of belonging, where all talents and perspectives are supported to thrive. We take diversity seriously as a company and hope that every employee feels seen and heard at all times.
