Pros

It is a beautiful campus and area. Gettysburg College is a good school. Most of the faculty and staff are nice. It is relatively easy for students to get a job on campus.

Cons

Gettysburg College is a PWI - they are trying but they have a long way to go in making POC feel comfortable and respected on campus and in the area. Student wages are typically $7.25, which is the Federal minimum wage and Pennsylvania's minimum wage - I understand that this is a complex issue but many students have to work in order to continue at the College and make so little.
