Excellent opportunity to work while at college, with great coworkers and really feeling valued and helpful every day.

Cons

Compensation should be above minimum wage for the amount of work and the complexity of work that you do, or at least the work I did in this position. You are paid more in personal satisfaction that you make a positive difference, than actual dollars.
