Management takes your feedback seriously and I’ve noticed a lot of improvement recently as a direct result of what my coworkers and I have been saying.

Cons

We’ve had our fair share of COVID-related hurdles these past few years just like everyone the world over. Nothing really worth mentioning any more though.
