Ghafari offers a great environment for young professionals to learn and grow while working on challenging and rewarding projects. There are opportunities to advance within the firm for those who are hardworking and committed. There is a fun and exciting culture with many activities (in and out of the office) to get to know your coworkers.

Cons

Long hours are sometimes required in order to meet project deadlines. Overall, being an employee at Ghafari is an enjoyable experience.

You get to learn from some of the best. Hands-on experience at every step. No real training period, you learn as you go. Very fast-paced and challenging. Support when you need it, but no issues with micromanagement.

Cons

Few opportunities to move up. Benefits are expensive.
