The reality of working in this place: 1-Terrible place for long-term career. 2- No opportunities for growth. 3-They improved the salaries recently, but the bonuses and 401k are very bad comparing to the market. 4-Unprofessional management team.

There’s no reason to stay in this company. Most A/E companies are hiring! “Move on” is very recommended!

Cons

With an accountant CEO, the company is turning into a store to make profit without any consideration to creativity, innovation, or any type of reasonable design work. The CEO is leading a toxic environment focuses only only on profit without any consideration to human interactions. Technology is used only attract customers and not to help employees —even with COVID, employees are expected to use their own devices to work from home!!
