Flexibility of hours, Job Security, Difficultly of being fired, Easy to start out, no qualifications needed, some benefits for part timers

Cons

The Money was ok to start (a bit above min wage) but the increases were yearly with our union, Lack of any support for students

Pros

this company has a good benefit package and the year end(fiscal) bonus is nice. Management is paid very well. however it is very hard to get good help because the hourly employees begin at min. wage

Cons

they are union, if you dont have experiance woring with unions it is very hard to get use to. and it is hard to get anything done with the union throwing up roadblocks.

Pros

Good people, decent pay, good place to work if you do good work, but if you're lazy you need not apply. I go in to work with a good attitude and focus on getting my job done. I started out as a bagger like many have, but i'm slowly crawling up in responsibilites and i'm currently in the management development process. My particular store has many caring people as well as management, so I guess it depends on which people you get stuck with :) Generally though, my co-workers are good, honest people just trying to make a living.

Cons

Alot of hard work and dealing with certain customers.
