G&D might not be very well known amongst embedded software developers but its an good company with very good engineer. Since its an R&D center there are lots of things to learn.

Cons

Not much but task assignment can be improved, especially for new senior engineers.

Everything is about office politics. They put you down in anyway they want, If they don't like for any reason, you have to work a lot and you don't have any voice.

Working at G+D has its perks. The workload is manageable, and the work schedule is well-structured, providing a good work-life balance. Additionally, the company maintains high-security standards and policies, which create a solid and professional brand to the highest standards internationally.

Cons

The bonus packages are not very useful, and it would be better to have higher salaries instead. Sometimes it feels like the opinions of lower-level employees are not valued by higher management. Also, some critical business decisions have been made carelessly.
