Pros

More good people then bad. Decent pay. Benefits start day one.

Cons

Upon accepting this position was mislead from the beginning, get everything in writing! They get away with a lot of things because the corporate headquarters is in Germany and the response time, if any, takes forever. High turnover. Accepts bully culture.

Pros

Ability to shine and be heard by organization and make a difference. People will notice you and advance you to better positions. There’s plenty of opportunities within the company to move and grow.

Cons

Need to be outspoken about future plans. Most organization is spread thin so everyone is extremely busy.

Pros

-99% of the people who work there are fantastic: kind, helpful, smart, highly competent in their work - Excellent benefits: 11 paid holidays (9 assigned and 2 floaters), a sick leave bank for long illnesses, medical benefits good, excellent premiums for employees, long and short term disability. -very flat organization. You can talk to the President and CFO if you want to - incredibly cool technology - flexible telecommuting (for office personnel) - Great DE&I program - seem to be sincerely trying to make change and increase inclusion. Company is already very diverse with people from all nationalities, religions, genders, LGBQT++ . All treated with respect.

Cons

-the 1% might be given too long to fix their problems, making challenges for others. Sometimes management should let people go, even if they have been there a long time. -coordinating everything through HQ limits agility and creates longer lead times for projects - lot of upward mobility for young people. Not as much if older - those are more lateral since everyone reports into Munich headquarters
