      1. You might get a good Package. 2. Nice Tea 3. If you are a Druggie, you will like the office environment. Few cheap people have ruined the office environment. Especially the SAP team Management.

      Cons

      1. Poor Management. Just 3 people managing HR policy in India. You can imagine the situation. 2. Buttering is what employees do in this company to stay for long. 3. Company is moving away from SAP to other Technology. Long-term scope is very less unless your main skill is liking someone's A S S.

      You will get salary on time.

      No Growth Too much politics Too much favoritism Technical people not required for this job No one cares of your learning and growth You can only survive if you dwell in to politics, if you raised your voice if something is wrong than you will be like an enemy to leads/manager. Sorry to say, but I won't recommend anyone to join in testing team at any level specially in SFT. Everyone knows the entire department has the problem but nobody cares to fix it not even upper management.

      Pros

      Some great people in HQ. Great knowledge of the business and knows what they are doing. Still a great technology but seems to be lagging behind its competitors.

      Cons

      Significant culture shift from two years ago, especially in Australia. The MD is a horrible person who looks at people as objects - readily thrown away if she thinks they do not contribute. Not a collaborative environment and everyone is just too scared to say anything.
