Pros

Very little in the way of pro's, there are some kindhearted individuals who are trodden on

Cons

Senior leadership have no direction and are making terrible decisions for the company and the staff Backstabbing environment No training of products and services Staff not only undervalued but told they are unable to do the job they have been doing for many years, and doing well Headcount has been slashed, as the business has been in free fall to the competition Terrible micro management, unable to enable and support staff to deliver outcomes Some staff are toxic to others and incapable of holding a conversation with a customer

Pros

If you're looking for a job where you're using the same technologies over a long period of time without much change, this is the place to go. The colleagues are best. The engineers are all creating a collaborative, helpful, productive atmosphere.

Cons

The IT infrastructure is slow, outdated and poorly maintained, which causes headache and stress to engineers who want to work effective and efficiently. I cannot see that freshers are given fair conditions and good chances. Even the hardest working and smartest freshers quickly get frustrated due to the lack of progress in career and due to the lack of sustainable acknowledgement of their work through management. Going the extra mile is hardly ever awarded because the management lacks knowledge in both, technical topics in order to perceive the extra mile and its importance, as well as leadership skills in order to provide the right incentives.
