      Pros

      Few departments are good but others are like hell

      Cons

      1. Micro management 2. No job security 3. Poor leadership 4. False commitments 5. All are puppets 6. Time logging is the top most priority, work holds lesser priority 7. Show more and work less 8. No sensible managers 9. Telecom domain is like a nightmare, they want people to work like slaves 10. They wanted people to work productive 9hrs which mean you have to sit at least 10-11 hrs 11. No work life balance if you are in TCD department.

      Pros

      German based organization, therefore all the projects are drive from there. More Support based work in India

      Cons

      Bond of 2 years will make you feel like a slave. If you want to leave early then there is bond of 4lacs (I know you will be shocked after reading this) Higher management will not even ask you before making any decision. You will feel the low level politics here. Do go through the offer letter atleast 100 times before accepting it, it has too many variable components.

      The pay is decent. The employees are good to work with. The market and the job itself is not bad.

      Cons

      Management finds blame where mistakes are made. Instead of finding solutions to improve, they point fingers. Instead of collaborating and working as a team player, they have departments work against each other. Intimation, bullying and threatening jobs is a common occurrence. They believe that having fear in management is how to get work done by their employees.
