Pros

Interesting Projects & Technology. Some really bright people working here. Compensation and benefits are okay. Overall a good experience.

Cons

The industry is changing faster than the company can (or want) to adapt. Could become a target for acquisition in the near future.

Pros

The pay is relatively fair for the market, and the subject matter of what the company does is relatively interesting and challenging

Cons

Management is not particularly strong and does not do a good job in conveying to employees why certain decisions are taken and thus there is often passive resistance to such decisions
