      Pros

      Its a nice company with a good work culture. There is a lot to learn and company supports to develop the employee with the freedom to learn and achieve their goals.

      Cons

      Work pressure is high at times due to lack of resources and high work-load.

      Lots of Smart people and interesting technology

      Pros

      Very interesting technology in the Mobile Security division that excites people when you talk about what you are doing. Benefits are good but not stellar. Work loads are manageable and employees are appreciated by management. Bonuses are good and management does not look to block them via unrealistic goals or hidden criteria.

      Cons

      Company is unknown outside of its customers and industry. Change is sometimes slow when it needs to occur outside of a single department or function.

      Employees are nice. Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Limited vertical opportunities. Workload is uneven among the individuals in a department and company. Negative office environment among the employees and management doesn't know it or ignores it.
