      Extremely profitable company - breaking all budgets and records

      Cons

      But to keep their profits rising with inflation high they pay an increase of 3% and lower to skilled staff but demanding 8% to 10% increase from customers.

      1. You might get a good Package. 2. Nice Tea 3. If you are a Druggie, you will like the office environment. Few cheap people have ruined the office environment. Especially the SAP team Management.

      Cons

      1. Poor Management. Just 3 people managing HR policy in India. You can imagine the situation. 2. Buttering is what employees do in this company to stay for long. 3. Company is moving away from SAP to other Technology. Long-term scope is very less unless your main skill is liking someone's A S S.

      * 3 weeks vacations as soon as you start. * Opportunities to grow inside the company * Bonus raise per year * Secure job, there is always a demand of work in the company. * It's a growing business and has a good projection for the future.

      Cons

      * Very fast paced environment, expect sudden changes on objectives. * Not enough training regarding business, mostly you will start working without knowing why you're doing it and which consequences will bring if it is not done properly. * Low pay for an organization that always want to put the customer first and bring them excel services. No extra-hours are paid. * Lack of communication among teams which several times leads on spending time going around circles and pointing fingers.
