Good work environment but low pay
Pros
The working environment is amazing. People are very kind and accept others' opinions. I feel super comfortable working here from the first day. If you have any problems or suggestions, the managers are willing to sit with you and discuss them. The company work is a very interesting industry and it is the leader in many. You feel you are participating in building the feature.
Cons
In the end, I decided to leave G+D one reason is because of the low salary. And I felt It is very hard to get what I want here. The other reason is the developer experience what not very great. It was a little hard to understand the big picture. The onboarding process was poor. I had to figure out most stuff on my own and look for documentation which was very very hard. In daily scrum meetings, I felt very lost and did not understand what people are talking about for a long time. If you are looking for a place to learn and advance your carrier I don't suggest working here. However, If you look for stability, and a calm working environment, and you are willing to accept a kind of low salary compared to what you can get in other companies, then this place is for you.
