Company undergoing major internal issues and restructuring

Pros

Fairly good benefits, especially health insurance.

Cons

Major internal changes are happening now and over 200 people were laid off in the past few months. Just be aware. Salary workers need to be prepared to work a lot of unpaid overtime. The work life balance I experienced was very poor and commuting to the location was a major hassle. High turnover due to restructuring, often was afraid of losing my job.

Pros

I would strongly recommend not working here until major changes are made. Company has a lot of potential, but needs to recognize its weaknesses and create a better environment for its employees

Cons

Politics, unprofessional / unethical upper management (not all, but some key players), lacks structure, zero training, culture is awful! Constantly putting out fires

The only positive about this company is that they pay you.

Cons

Poor ethics and poor morals. They do a horrible job running their business and they treat employees like crap.
