Pros

Work mostly by yourself, learn the Girl Scout industry in order to help customers, high independence, lunch breaks, only work with 2-3 people at the retail location

Cons

Inventory was counted by hand every year, customers would demand that you know everything about every single badge or award that is offered

Pros

It is thriving financially, which is good for the girls.

Cons

There was a great deal of turnover at the highest levels. The acting CEO was hurtful and uncaring towards employees.
