Pros

You work with a lot of smart people all of which are more than willing to support each other. Constantly learning something new

Cons

Leadership doesn't see or doesn't care that people are burning out. Conspiracy theory - that is a form of protecting the company to have less people work more hours until there is a Microsoft full takeover.

Pros

Work from home, benefits, unlimited PTO

Cons

Leadership takes orders from their massa Microsoft. What they say goes, so we really work for them. Been sad to see.
