Limited growth and a lot of "for show" practices

Pros

flexible schedule and unlimited vacation

Cons

The teams were definitely strategically separated. Executives were unapproachable and highly ego driven. The glass ceiling definitely exists if you are not one to generate a lot of fluff - genuine hard work is severely overlooked. D&I is a joke - people do not have a safe space to address any concerns. Despite being a global company, inclusivity is lacking.
