Pros

Extensive belief from all levels to supporting the "all-remote" work style, including a strong focus on work-life balance.

Cons

All-remote can lead to a longer onboarding than you would normally expect (but GitLab does support you through this process).

Pros

Values are lived and expected - the CEO is constantly driving the adoption of them. Lots of opportunity to get exposure and experience if you are able to work at the pace the company moves at

Cons

Can be a pro and a con depending on how you work - it's a very fast paced organization which may not suit everyone.
