The culture is incredible. The values that are written in the handbook are not just words on "paper" but are truly the way the business runs. It has been a refreshing change and a great experience so far.

Cons

If you are a social person being fully remote can be a challenge, but I find the zoom meetings bring that aspect in sufficiently and I don't burn out on communication towards family/friends!
