Pros

Great product that the market is excited about.

Cons

If you speak up to upper management, be prepared to be put on plan depending on you speak to. This company is going public and pulling all the wool over the eyes to get there. If you're an URG you're safe here They're letting people go during covid to due "execution" so they don't get any bad publicity.

Pros

Documentation-first approach helps ensure asynchronous, distributed culture thrives. Values are clear, well documented, and lived by all employees. Tons of smart and motivated employees. Progressive and flexible working agreements. All remote. Periodic all team gatherings. Great outlook to capture a larger percentage of an expanding market. Compensation and Benefits are great.

Cons

100% remote takes some getting used to - sometimes hard to shut work off.
