Great company with some quirks

Pros

- Work on one of the hottest tools in tech. - Work with some of the most talented people I've ever been around. - All remote culture (if that's for you). - Excellence as a principle. The most transparent organization I've ever been apart of.

Cons

- The most politically correct organization I've ever been apart of. I understand the idea of honoring others, but many of the rules that we have are just obnoxious and aren't even beneficial. - Unlimited PTO, but a lot of people can't take PTO because of job demands (I am in sales).

Pros

Great leadership, fully remote company (so many benefits including flexible hours, no commute, increased work-life balance), talented hardworking and kind coworkers

Cons

Fully remote culture is not for everyone - some people would rather form relationships in the office depending on their season of life and personal preference

Pros

Fantastic and unique culture, great benefits and work life balance. The culture is such that it gets the best out of all employees.

Cons

Hard to say at this stage.
