- biggest all-remote company, doesn't just do remote, but does remote well - you feel connected to the entire company
- everything (almost) is public! There is a handbook that everyone contributes to that has all the information you need. I was blown away by the transparency - even before joining I could look up anything about how the company operates.
- truly lives by the values set and there is a lot of credit / thanks going around praising team members exhibiting them
- amazing people all around - great personalities

- amazing time-off policy (best policy I ever encountered) you truly have the freedom to define your life & schedule - time for self-actualization
- manager will actually hunt you down if sees you burning out

Cons
- if you haven't worked remotely before beware of the trap of working all day, also set up needs to be good and distraction-free
