I've worked in Chicago, North Carolina and now reside in Washington State. The professionalism and the social skills of the GitLab management team is honestly the best I've experienced in my career! - in person team meetups are expensive - Team building events in person are more engaging than online - At times work/ life balance can be challenging. This comes with the small (2500 employees) but mighty (an industry leader) performance.
