Pros

Solution is very much needed by enterprises and startups Excellent support staff Great work-life balance Lots of new leaders at the top of the company, making a much needed course correction.

Cons

Lots of competition, but that's typical. Fully Remote isn't right for everyone, but it's perfect for me. Any new employee must be willing to learn a new asynch way of working.
