Pros

The company has a strong reputation in the industry, and on the surface, the culture seems appealing with its remote-first setup and documentation-driven approach. Colleagues were smart and capable, and I enjoyed collaborating with peers at my level. The flexibility of remote work was a plus.

Cons

My actual experience with management was not good. Despite promoting transparency and iteration, the reality within the RevOps/Deal Desk org was the opposite: highly unorganized, extremely reactive, and not focused on building scalable processes. Leadership was not transparent in decision-making, and priorities shifted constantly without alignment or clarity. Autonomy was talked about but not actually practiced.. most of the time we were putting out fires instead of strategically driving improvements. Growth opportunities were vague, and management didn’t provide clear paths for career development.
