Flexibility to work from home. Not many off the clock expectations.

Cons

Disorganized and lacked any sort of consistency. Because of this, it was hard it know how to do your job well. However, you would be the first one chastised for doing something incorrectly. Very white company.

The product and clients are amazing.

Cons

Kestrel is not a strong leader. He presents more barriers than paths. His senior staff have been with him a long time. Which on the surface is great. But it stops there.

- Messy codebase that that was started from a boilerplate - No UI designer or QA, everything done by engineers
