-Lots of freedom to try out new strategies + experiment, plus the support you need to follow through on your vision. When I asked my manager about the possibility of getting a certain application I wanted to use for my work, their response was, “do you have a company credit card?”
I was encouraged to go ahead and just get the application I wanted and start using it!

Cons
-not really a con, but because most of the people on the team are relatively young (and brilliant), it seems we’re loosing people to grad school. Definitely need more amazing friends who can hang out for a few years to join us!
