Pros

By far the most dedicated, intelligent, and passionate team I've ever worked with. The work itself was rewarding and engaging and that was really accentuated by the team they've cultivated.

Cons

Expectations are high and this might not be a great fit for someone looking for a more laid back work environment.

- Fully Remote - Try to have in person trips for the engineering team to meet face to face

Cons

- Messy codebase that that was started from a boilerplate - No UI designer or QA, everything done by engineers

Flexibility to work from home. Not many off the clock expectations.

Cons

Disorganized and lacked any sort of consistency. Because of this, it was hard it know how to do your job well. However, you would be the first one chastised for doing something incorrectly. Very white company.
