There is a lot to do and it’s good that the team works as hard as they do — because there’s a lot to do. There’s a lot of work being done to hone in on specialties, and while the fact that there’s a lot to do means you can have a great impact, it also means you may feel yourself checking in pretty consistently unless you set exceptionally strong boundaries for yourself and keep them.
